Parents & Children
Anshe Emeth Chavurah Program
A Chavurah is an intimate group of Jews who come together on a regular basis to experience and learn about Jewish living in creative ways. Chavurot are unique communities within-the-community, because they create a feeling of an extended family and allow you to celebrate Judaism with a small group whose interests are similar to your own.
If you have just joined Anshe Emeth or if you have been a member for years and want to become more involved, a Chavurah just might be the place for you! You can join an existing Chavurah or help to create a new one. Groups are forming now. Call Rabbi Fellman for more information.

Preschool and Day Care Center
Gan Yeladeem
Gan Yeladeem Learning Center - The David H. Meyer Children’s Center Nurturing and educating children from infancy through age 5, the Gan is open year round to accommodate parents seeking a Jewish child care and preschool experience for our youngest learners. Flexible scheduling includes half, full and extended day options. Our creative, experienced and educated staff provide an enriching developmentally appropriate curriculum enhanced with progressive Jewish values and ideals.
All of our classrooms are multi-aged, affording children the opportunity to develop at their own pace while being stimulated and guided in our bright, clean and large classrooms. We now offer Breaktime Programs for children ages 3-5 who are not currently enrolled in the Gan at the end of the summer, during Sukkot, Passover and winter break. Enrollment in all Gan programs is limited, as we seek to encourage a small, homey atmosphere in which every child and their family is known by all of our staff and valued, cared for and taught with respect and love. For further information and to schedule a private tour of our facility, contact Karen B. Goldstein, Director at 732-545-6555 or email at

Tashlich
Thursday, September 30 • 4:30 PM
Join us for this wonderful and spiritually powerful service on Rosh Hashanah. At the Tashlich ceremony, which will be held on the banks of the Raritan River in Donaldson Park in Highland Park at 4:30 pm, we will symbolically cast away our sins by throwing crumbs of bread into a body of moving water. The Tashlich service gives us the opportunity to physically toss out our shortcomings in the midst of a warm, family friendly service. Plan to be a part of this moving and meaningful aspect of the High Holy Days.
