Preparing for the High Holy Days

Study with Rabbi Miller
Tuesdays 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
September  2nd, 9th, and 16th

This year Rabbi Miller will lead us in an exploration of War and Peace.  When is war permissible in Jewish tradition?  Are we allowed to defend ourselves and when we may not wage war?

Similarly, we are the people who pray for peace in all of our prayers and peace is mentioned throughout our sacred texts.   Come share in discovery of what peace really means for us as Jews in the 21st century.
